If your order has already been shipped or is in the process of being dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Once the order has left our facility, we recommend referring to our Returns and Exchanges policy for more information.

If your order is canceled successfully within the allowed timeframe, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Full Refund: If your cancellation request is processed before your order is shipped, you will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: If items have already been shipped but you request to cancel part of your order, a partial refund will be provided.
